Passionate about Italian cooking and culture? Enrol in our Italian cookery courses at our selected Italian school in Italy in the breathtaking scenario of the Amalfi coast and spend six nights in our beautiful 4* Hotel with sea view rooms.

We offer a great value package for one week in October (4 -10) during which you can learn about neapolitan cuisine and make delicious home made pasta and pizza. The course will also show you how to cook vegetables in different and easy ways.

Italian Cookery Course in Salerno (Amalfi coast)
	School:	The cookery classes are taught by a professional trained Italian cook. The course is held inside the Accademia Leonardo's kitchen in the beautiful Salerno.
	Price:	£ 80  Italian cookery course only. £ 689 Italian cookery course, accomodation in single room, half board treatment, in 4* hotel in Salerno, transportation to Naples airport.
Menu Monday Oct 5th  2.00-4.00 pm. Home made, hands-on pasta class. Students will make, tagliatelle, orecchiette, gnocchi. Wednesday Oct 7th 2.00-4.00 pm. Vegetables in Souther Italy.Students will cook in different and original ways aubergines, peppers, zucchini. Parmigiana is also included in the menu. Friday Oct 9th  2.00-4.00 pm Special session on Pizza making. Students will learn to make the famous and special fried mini pizzas, renowned in Naples.
